About us

Purchasing a little house in Ulverston has been a wish of the Burton’s for many years. Teaming with Peter’s brother we were delighted to get the opportunity to purchase 40 The Gill in 2023. We have loved refurbishing the property and bringing the warm colours of the Lakeland landscapes into the property.

Coming originally from Ulverston but now with children, the brothers and their family spread all over the world, we wanted a little piece of Cumbria to call our own and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.
